By accessing or using Mango Jobs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Mango Jobs is an online job board and recruitment platform connecting job seekers with employers in the hospitality industry within the Turks & Caicos Islands. Our services include:
- Job posting and application management for employers
- Profile creation and job search for candidates
- Resume parsing and profile building tools
- Communication facilitation between employers and candidates
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
- Collect or harvest user information without consent
- Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
5. Job Postings and Applications
5.1 For Employers
Employers are responsible for ensuring that job postings comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Job postings must not contain discriminatory requirements or misleading information.
5.2 For Candidates
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information and any documents uploaded. Misrepresentation of qualifications or work authorization status may result in account termination.
6. Fees and Payment
Certain services on the Platform require payment. Employer subscription fees are billed as agreed in individual service contracts. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. The Platform is free for job seekers.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mango Jobs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Document Verification
For certain features, candidates may be required to upload documents for verification (e.g., work permits, police records). These documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
10. Limitation of Liability
Mango Jobs is not responsible for:
- The accuracy of information provided by users
- Employment decisions made by employers
- The outcome of any employment relationship
- Any damages arising from the use of the Platform
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turks & Caicos Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
